Because all our products are custom-made on demand, returns are limited to specific cases.

We Accept Returns For:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged product
  • Printing errors
  • Incorrect personalization (if it was our mistake)

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

We Do NOT Accept Returns For:

  • Wrong size chosen by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Personalized items with correct spelling
  • Items worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Refunds

Refunds are issued if:

  • The product is defective
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item arrived severely damaged

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Replacements

If a product is eligible for return, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A reprint
  • Store credit

Return Process

  2. Our team will review within 24–48 hours.
  3. We will arrange the replacement or refund.
